Data controller

What data we process

We process data you provide via the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message content) and technical data about your visit (see Cookie policy) to the extent you consent to.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry and communication — legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Analytics and performance measurement — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the cookie bar and withdrawable at any time.

Processors and recipients

To operate the website and services we use vetted processors: Cloudflare (hosting), Sanity (CMS), Resend (sending form e-mails), Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Meta Pixel). We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with them.

Retention period

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle it and for the duration of our legitimate interest (typically max. 3 years). Analytics data is retained per each tool's settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent. Requests go to studio@doller.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
